Coachella Valley Solar Program Participants are Eligible to Receive Cash-Back through May 31, 2013
Launched March 2013, this Program has been developed to encourage the creation of a strong solar community within the Desert Empire. Participants are able to go solar for $0 upfront with a monthly payment equal to or less than current electric bill rates. In order to create a critical mass, property owners who partake can receive substantial cash-back incentives.
To participate in the Coachella Valley Solar Program, you must sign a contract with Sullivan Solar Power by 6:00PM on May 31, 2013. The Coachella Valley Solar Program is limited to 500 homeowners in the Coachella Valley serviced by Southern California Edison (SCE).
Homeowners are able to receive incentive up to twice the amount of the current state rebate. Depending on the phase in which a Coachella Valley Solar Program participant signs up, residents can receive up to:
- Phase 1: $2,500 Cash-Back incentive
- Phase 2: $2,000 Cash-Back incentive
- Phase 3: $1,500 Cash-Back incentive
